Comfort Measures for Birth
This course will be:
Based on The Birth Deck by Glow and The Birth Partner by Penny Simpkin
Each session will be two hours, and located at my home studio.
Topics include:
Week 1: Movement and Massage
Week 2: Mind and Support
Dates: Private Classes available through mid April to fit into your schedule!
Cost: $150 and includes a copy of the Birth Deck and the Birth Partner, as well as a birth ball, and a couple of other goodies for your birth bag!
Things to note:
As this course is in person, and has pregnant women attending, it will be *mask free* for nice, relaxed, easy breathing! I also request that no one attends that has received the jab for cI9 within the last 2 months, for the safety of those attending, as there is not clear evidence on the safety of pregnant women being in close contact with those who have recently received it.

Childbirth Education with birthsong
This course will be:
A comprehensive Childbirth Education course, covering everything you need to know about pregnancy, labor, birth, and immediate postpartum! Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, a birth center birth, or a home birth, you’ll leave class feeling confident and well prepared!
This course will be held over one weekend, each session will be four hours, and located at my home studio in SE Aurora!
Dates: Private Classes available through mid April to fit into your schedule!
Cost: $250/couple and includes a binder with all of the material we cover, two books, a birth ball, one-on-one support in preparing your birth wishes plan, and a few other goodies for your birth bag!
