Childbirth Education Weekend Workshop with birthsong
This course will be:
A comprehensive Childbirth Education course, covering everything you need to know about pregnancy, labor, birth, and immediate postpartum! Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, a birth center birth, or a home birth, you’ll leave class feeling confident and well prepared!
This course will be held over one weekend, each session will be 4.5 hours, and located at my home studio in SE Aurora!

Cost: $250/couple and includes a binder with all of the material we cover, two books, a birth ball, one-on-one support in preparing your birth wishes plan, and a few other goodies for your birth bag!

Comfort Measures for Birth
This course will be:
Based on The Birth Deck by Glow and The Birth Partner by Penny Simpkin
This session will be four hours, and located at my home studio.

Movement, Massage, Mind and Support
